We aim to transform the way health clinics are viewed, by offering a holistic range of services from medical, rehab, wellness, and fitness, to a fully integrated in-house health food cafe!

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor who believes in empowering patients through evidence-based natural therapies and collaborative care. Here's a chance to be a part of a new wellness space that Toronto has never seen before!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ health, reviewing medical history and conducting detailed health history interviews.
  • Use naturopathic principles and diagnostic techniques to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Work along side our MD (Gastroenterologist) within our Lifestyle Medicine program (partially OHIP covered)
  • Provide expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and lifestyle modifications to support clients' health journeys.
  • Educate and empower clients to take an active role in preventive healthcare.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including chiropractors, RMTs, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, strength coaches, and more.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up progress.

Why Join Our Team:

  • Competitive split remuneration (60/40).
  • Work in a green-friendly clinic with future B Corp certification in mind.
  • Flexibility in work hours, with options for virtual care.
  • Opportunity to customize your treatment room to fit your workflow.
  • Engage in monthly educational rounds with team discussions on cases, interventions, and health topics to encourage personal and professional growth.
  • A work culture that cares about the well-being of both practitioners and clients, with a professional exchange of services promoted within the team.
  • Brand-new facility equipped with modern technology, EMR, a training gym, health food bar, and a workflow optimized for integrative care.
  • Make a meaningful impact by helping patients and the community achieve their health goals in an eco-conscious, socially responsible clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice in Ontario and have valid Malpractice Insurance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or private practice settings.
  • Strong knowledge of naturopathic principles, diagnostic techniques, and natural therapies.
  • Ability to guide patients in areas such as nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle modifications, and more.
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach with strong communication skills.
  • Bonus: Certifications in IV nutrition therapy (IVIT), acupuncture, functional medicine, or lifestyle medicine.

Join Us:
If you are passionate about working in an integrative, patient-centered environment with the desire to lead change in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you. Help us build something meaningful, empower patients, and inspire health in our community!
