Join the Monarch Dentistry Team! We are looking great Team Members to join our Northyork location. The ideal candidates for our clinic is a multi-tasker who values playing their part for the team. We are looking for someone who provides outstanding treatment to our valued patients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the hygiene department in a dental office
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for dental cleanings and treatments
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in dental office management software (e.g., Dentrix) and electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and oral health education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk operations, including managing phone systems and scheduling appointments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
