Credentials: PADI, SSI
Language Requirement: English

Diving Sports is one of Canada’s leading scuba, freediving, and spearfishing centers, located in Vancouver, BC. We are passionate about diving, education, community, and helping divers progress from beginner to professional levels.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Head Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching scuba courses from beginner to professional levels
  • Leading local dives and dive trips
  • Coordinating class schedules and instructional staff
  • Assisting customers with gear selection and recommendations
  • Supporting equipment maintenance and rental operations
  • Helping maintain high safety and training standards
  • Assisting with day-to-day dive shop operations

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Passionate about diving and ocean education
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable leading groups and mentoring students
  • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Interested in long-term growth within the company
  • Diver license required
  • Authorised to work in Canada
