Job Title: Bartender / Server (Full-Time)Job Opportunity:

Amano Trattoria is currently hiring dedicated, full-time bartenders and servers to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be part of a dynamic service culture that blends Italian tradition with modern flair — whether you’re behind the bar crafting spritzes and Negronis, or guiding guests through our curated wine list and seasonal menus.

We’re looking for hospitality professionals who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and committed to making every guest feel like family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their experience
  • Communicate menu knowledge confidently — including regional pasta styles, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings
  • Execute high-level service with attention to pacing, timing, and detail
  • Accurately input and follow orders through Toast POS
  • Carry, present, and clear food and beverages with care and elegance
  • Engage with guests and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and restaurant
  • Support team members across floor and bar when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
  • Proven food, wine, and cocktail knowledge — Italian wine a bonus
  • Polished communication skills and genuine hospitality presence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-driven setting
  • Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, and event nights
  • POS experience (Toast preferred)
  • Smart Serve Certified
  • Able to lift 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
