Franchise District Manager

Italian Pizzeria

Our client is a Franchised Restaurant Company with multiple brands including a chain of 25 Italian Neapolitan Pizzeria Restaurants across Western Canada.

They require an experienced Franchise District Manager/Corporate Trainer to manage several franchisees in Greater Vancouver (GVRD) , Victoria and Kelowna.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of multi-unit Franchise or Operations Mangement with a National Pizza Operation or a recognized National Restaurant brand.

This individual will work closely with Senior Operations and Marketing staff out of Corporate Head Office.

There is excellent opportunity for the right individual as the company continues to expand and grow their franchise operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH AN ITALIAN PIZZERIA OR ITALIAN RESTAURANT CHAIN IS PREFERRED.
  • Corporate multi-unit management background as an Franchise Manager or Multi Unit Manager with a recognized National Restaurant Operation.
  • Strong multi-tasking & presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong command of the English Language.
  • Knowledge & experience in store openings & franchise support systems.
  • Must be fully experienced in proper kitchen operations & standards, POS systems, prgramming and menu management.
  • Proven track record in managing chain wide Training Programs.
  • Franchise Development or franchise sales background a benefit.
  • Must be available for travel to multiple cities, including Interprovincial.

Compensation Includes:

  • Negotiable salary in the $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 range, depending on experience
  • Car Allowance/Full Medical Coverage/On Site parking provided.
  • Performance based bonus .

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
