Regional Food & Beverage Manager

Pinnacle International Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Regional Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and support food and beverage operations across multiple restaurant properties. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong hospitality operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and operational oversight for all food & beverage operations across assigned properties
  • Maintain a strong operational presence and provide hands-on support during busy service periods and special events
  • Ensure consistency in service standards, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across all outlets
  • Partner with culinary and operational teams to enhance menu creativity, improve service flow, and maintain efficient ticket and bill times
  • Work closely with property leadership teams on budgeting, forecasting, labour management, and cost controls
  • Monitor and manage food cost, beverage cost, labour, purchasing, and inventory controls
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, revenue enhancement, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and frontline teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience
  • Multi-unit or regional management experience in restaurants
  • Proven hands-on operational leadership style
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and hotel F&B operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications
  • Experience as an Executive Chef and asset

Compensation

  • Salary starting at $100,000.00 per year, plus tips
