JOB SUMMARY

The District Manager – Northern Ontario & Manitoba (Hybrid) is responsible for maximizing SiriusXM's dealer performance through a balanced combination of in-person dealership support and remote dealer engagement. This role spends approximately 60% of its time visiting key dealerships within the assigned territory and 40% conducting outbound phone and email outreach to a broader network of dealerships.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with dealership partners, drive SiriusXM program adoption, coach dealership personnel, identify new revenue opportunities, and deliver an exceptional dealer experience through both face-to-face and virtual interactions. By combining field expertise with proactive inside sales support, this role expands dealer coverage while maintaining a high level of service and business performance.

JOB DETAILS

Accountabilities

In Field (60%)

· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with assigned dealership partners.

· Conduct regular in-person dealership visits focused on:

- Sales

- Pre-Owned

- Service

- General Management

· Coach dealership personnel on SiriusXM products, programs, technology and customer benefits.

· Drive performance and have accountability for SiriusXM revenue generating programs in defined market

· Execute merchandising, marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

· Identify opportunities to improve dealer performance and customer conversion.

· Facilitate contract completion for Pre-Owned and Service programs.

· Support dealership launches, special projects and regional initiatives.

· Act as the field champion for new SiriusXM products and technologies.

· Gather market intelligence and communicate competitive trends.

Dealer Inside Sales (40%)

· Execute scheduled outbound phone and email campaigns to assigned dealerships. Drive performance and have accountability for SiriusXM revenue generating programs in defined market

· Maintain ongoing relationships with lower-volume and geographically remote dealers.

· Identify opportunities to increase program participation through proactive outreach.

· Analyze dealer performance metrics and prioritize outreach based on business opportunity.

· Provide virtual coaching and program training.

· Resolve dealer concerns and customer escalations promptly.

· Drive participation in new SiriusXM initiatives and marketing campaigns.

· Generate qualified opportunities for expanded dealer engagement.

· Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity reporting.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Level of Education

· College or University degree in related discipline

Job Related Experience

· 3-5 Years’ Industry Experience in the Automotive Sector is preferred

· Prior experience in customer facing industry is valued

· Work as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Staff would also be an asset

· Experience with outbound calls in both English and French is essential

· Analytical Skills: Uses sales data, performance metrics, and market insights to identify opportunities and support business decisions.

· Problem Solving: Demonstrates sound judgment by resolving dealer and customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong business relationships.

· Results Orientation: Takes ownership of achieving revenue targets, dealer engagement goals, and key performance indicators.

· Organization & Time Management: Manages multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accurate reporting and timely follow-up.

· Adaptability: Embraces change and quickly adjusts priorities to support evolving business initiatives and dealer needs.

· Technical Proficiency: Utilizes Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools to manage dealer activity and measure performance.

· Collaboration: Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Operations, and other internal teams to deliver a consistent dealer experience.

· Hybrid Engagement: Successfully combines in-person dealership visits with outbound phone and email engagement to maximize territory coverage and dealer support.
