Full job description

Integrity Waste Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager overseeing Regional collection trucks needed.

Clients are municipal, commercial and industrial.

Familiarity with heavy transport and equipment operation, city P&D, and dispatch an asset.

Direct interaction with drivers, dispatch and clients on a minute-to-minute basis, willingness to do field inspections and all aspects to ensure service to clients a must; while balancing regular updating in Office tools and programs in an efficient and reliable manner.

Oversight and daily interaction with a team including dispatchers, supervisors and shop staff.

Experienced candidates - familiar with high demand environments only.

Current class 3 license or better preferred. Upgrading is also an option but willingness to complete additional training and be self-motivated is key.

Willingness to gain competence at truck and equipment use in order to better assess sites and collection processes is a must.

Salary: negotiable upon experience

Benefits available after 6 months.
