  • The Dispatcher is responsible for the daily execution of order creation, assignment, and updates. This role will communicate daily with our members, vendors, and our insurance clientele . Also, actively engaged in daily internal planning sessions towards workload balancing and process execution. This position will perform the responsibilities listed below daily, contributing as needed based on business and Job requirements. MINIMUM 2 YEARS DISPATCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Towing routing by geography, scope of work, volumes, prices, quotations, deadlines, and different destinations etc.
  • Arrange brochures and orders for new customers
  • Organize and Create list of all daily requests and create orders on the system, print all paperwork checklists and job orders as required.
  • Check orders for status issues completion, Towing’s requests not assigned and following up all quotations needed to send it to our customers on time.
  • Use end of day reports what is dispatched , accepted, and invoiced meeting the deadlines.
  • Update/Audit /Expenses/ following/ filling on time and in a professional manner.
  • Generate paperwork case by case to our accounting to provide the invoices.
  • Work with Customer Service to cover same day requests and confirm availability to cover all requests.
  • Monitor and follow up till get documents confirmations and check distancing avoiding any business to be at risk.
  • Respond to calls helping the customer service when it is needed.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills with the ability to consider everyone and engage those who can add value to the process
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and able to work well under pressure
  • Experience in Transportation Management would be an asset
  • Solid oral and written communication skills using English ( French language will be an asset )
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
