Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our culinary staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality and food service.

Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including cleaning vegetables or organizing supplies
  • Support the kitchen team during busy periods by ensuring all necessary items are available and ready for use
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and keep work areas tidy throughout shifts
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours

Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings or weekends if required
  • Experience with food preparation or cooking is a plus but not necessary
