You’ll gain hands-on experience working with HR data, systems, and documentation, while supporting key administrative and operational priorities. You’ll also be exposed to evolving HR practices, including process improvements and system enhancements, while working closely with a team that’s invested in your learning and development.

By the end of the summer, you’ll walk away with practical, resume-ready experience and a strong understanding of the foundational work that supports effective HR operations!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the development and upkeep of tracking tools related to HR documentation and compliance requirements
  • Provide general support with data entry, file maintenance, and system updates as required

  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • A clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check before starting (if applicable)

Who You Are:

  • Positive and team-oriented — you’re ready to jump in and support wherever needed
  • Motivated to gain real-world experience and make a meaningful contribution

Why Keystone?

  • Hands-On Learning Experience: Gain real, practical experience working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team. You’ll be involved in meaningful work that builds your skills and confidence — not just observing from the sidelines.
  • Mentorship & Professional Growth: Learn from experienced professionals who are invested in your development. You’ll have opportunities to ask questions, build your knowledge, and explore different areas of the field.
  • Innovative & Collaborative Work Environment: Join a forward-thinking organization where teamwork and fresh ideas are valued. Your perspective as an intern is welcomed and encouraged.

  • Resume-Building Experience: Develop transferable skills and accomplishments that will strengthen your resume and help prepare you for future career opportunities.
  • Exposure to the Sector: Get insight into the inner workings of a community-based organization and build a deeper understanding of the field.
