- Demonstrated experience with medication administration.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and nursing diagnoses.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations/practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing a budget.
- Healthcare/hospitality experience and empathy for seniors (asset)
