We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term impact.

Your Impact

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts. This is not just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner to your clients.

You’ll be at the center of it all: sales, strategy, logistics, and relationship management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect for new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, trade shows, and CRM opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with a strategic mindset
  • Grow existing accounts by introducing our full range of transportation solutions
  • Meet with prospective clients and deliver compelling presentations
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to build tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels within client organizations
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, pricing strategies, and long-term growth

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3 or more years of sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong background in both asset-based and 3PL environments
  • Solid knowledge of dry and temperature control freight in both LTL and TL business, open deck (flatbed, step deck, double drop) transportation is a strong asset
  • Experience with over-dimensional shipments is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. French is a strong asset
  • A natural hunter with a strong drive to win
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
