Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

Working closely with Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Business Unit leaders, and external partners, you will evaluate emerging healthcare trends, unmet customer needs,anddisruptivetechnologiestodeterminewhereMcKessoncancreatenewvalue.Throughdisciplinedexperimentation,customerdiscovery,prototyping,andbusinessmodeldevelopment,youwilltransformideasintoinvestment-readyopportunitiesandscalablegrowthinitiatives.

BasicRequirements:

  • 10+yearsofprofessionalexperienceininnovation,strategy,venturedevelopment,newbusinessdevelopment,commercialization,managementconsulting,productstrategy,orrelatedfields.

  • Experienceleadinginnovationprograms,ventureincubationinitiatives,commercializationefforts,ornewbusinesscreation.

  • Experiencedevelopingbusinesscases,financialmodels,andexecutive-levelrecommendations.

  • Experienceengagingandinfluencingseniorleadershipandcross-functionalstakeholders.

  • Experienceleadingteamsthroughambiguityandorganizationalchange.

  • Exceptionalexecutivecommunication,storytelling,andpresentationskills.
