What success looks like
Within your first year, you will have strengthened the team’s responsibilities and processes, established useful costing and margin reporting, built a dependable forecast and cash plan, and become a trusted partner to the owner and operational leaders.
Your work will help us make better decisions about what we sell, how we price it, where we invest, and how we grow.
