We are looking for a driven, outgoing individual who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing brands. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong desire to succeed.

This is a base salary + commission position. Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance—the more you sell and grow your territory, the more you can earn.

If you are competitive, personable, organized, and excited about representing growing Canadian beverage brands, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales of Provincial Vodka, Crush-It Hard Iced Tea, and other Radouga Distilleries products throughout the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute regular sales calls and store visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Prospect for and open new accounts, including liquor stores, independent liquor retailers, restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs, and other licensed establishments.
  • Develop a territory sales plan and execute strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and account-growth objectives.
  • Present and promote our brands to retail and on-premise customers with the goal of securing new listings and increasing product distribution.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with liquor retailers, managers, owners, buyers, restaurants, bars, hotels, and other industry partners.
  • Act as a professional Brand Ambassador for Provincial Vodka, and Crush-It Hard Iced Tea.
  • Establish and maintain an effective sales-call and store-visit cycle.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue new business.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
  • Monitor product placement, inventory, displays, promotions, and competitive activity within the territory.
  • Participate in product tastings, promotional events, trade events, and other brand-building activities as required.
  • Provide regular sales activity and territory updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Must live in Winnipeg or the surrounding area and be able to service the assigned Manitoba territory.
  • Previous sales experience in the liquor, beverage, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
  • Strong sales ability and a willingness to prospect and develop new accounts.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Must have appropriate automobile insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and reliability are essential.
  • Highly organized and able to independently manage a sales territory and schedule.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, personable, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable approaching new customers and asking for the sale.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Compensation

CA$60,000–CA$80,000 per year
