Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (based on experience)

We are currently looking for a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and take ownership of a station in our high-energy kitchen.

What You’ll Do

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in running an efficient station, maintaining top-tier quality standards, and ensuring smooth service execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Station Management: Oversee the prep, setup, and operation of your designated station during service, ensuring consistent speed, presentation, and quality.
  • Culinary Excellence: Prepare dishes according to established recipes, specifications, and portion controls while maintaining exceptionally high standards.
  • Kitchen Efficiency: Assist in daily food prep, rotation of stock (FIFO), and inventory management to minimize waste.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment that complies with all food handling and health standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen leadership, providing guidance and support to junior line cooks and commis chefs as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of line cooking experience in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant setting.
  • Skills: Strong knife skills, solid understanding of foundational cooking techniques, and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak service times.
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, excellent time management, and a positive team-first attitude.
  • Certifications: Valid Food Safe / Safe Food Handling certification required.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
