About this Role

Tamarack Homes is seeking a highly organized, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across our new home communities in Ottawa and Kingston, and the Tamarack Homes corporate brand. This role combines traditional marketing coordination responsibilities with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead generation, website management, and campaign analytics.


The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands the customer journey, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and project management are critical. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, sales teams, external agencies, and internal teams, you will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage website content updates, landing page creation, and ongoing optimization to ensure accurate and engaging information across all Tamarack Homes digital properties.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to support digital advertising, and website initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM reporting platforms.
  • Support marketing automation and email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Assist with content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Assist with coordinating photography and videography.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor customer feedback, digital trends, and emerging marketing technologies to recommend improvements and new opportunities.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with event management including sourcing vendors and working with the marketing team on sales launches, etc.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including floorplan handouts, signage, sales centre collateral, and promotional items.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of community launches, grand openings, and homeowner events.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal departments, creative agencies, printers, media partners, and vendors.
  • Assist with invoice processing and vendor management activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Tamarack Homes brand standards and approval processes.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office, and content management systems (WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM (Lasso) and marketing automation platforms is considered an asset, as is a background in real estate, homebuilding, or construction.

Physical/Sensory Effort and Work Environment

  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across various marketing channels and stakeholders.
  • Evening, weekend, and overtime work may be required during sales launches and community events.
  • Occasional travel between Ottawa and Kingston communities and extended periods at a workstation.
