Marketing Coordinator

At City Vibe Developments, we seek individuals who are highly motivated, productive and who strive to achieve the highest quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. City Vibe is seeking a qualified candidate to work as the Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and display networks.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns that connect with customers and encourage them to take action.
  • Perform market comparison reviews
  • Use automation tools to send the right messages to customers at the right time.
  • Plan budgets for campaigns and make sure every dollar is spent wisely.
  • Write compelling and clear ad copy for paid ads, emails, and website content.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track results and spot opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data to understand what’s working and make improvements.
  • Test new ideas with A/B testing to improve ads, emails, and calls-to-action.
  • Support other marketing activities and tasks as needed, including but not limited to promotions, events, and content updates.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • At least 3 years of experience running online advertising and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising tools.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Able to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements.
  • Skilled at writing ads, emails, and website content that are clear and engaging.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to reach customers.
  • A team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and works well with others.
  • Event coordination, set-up and attendance may be required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
