Location: 23 Atlantic Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 3E7
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour

Job Description

PPE Supply Canada is looking for a hands-on Digital Advertising / Paid Media Manager to manage and scale paid advertising across multiple e-commerce brands.

This role is for someone who can take ownership of campaign performance, launch new campaigns from scratch, improve existing accounts, analyze results, and drive revenue growth through paid media.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, understands e-commerce advertising, B2B outreach, email marketing (Klaviyo or similar) and is comfortable managing multiple products, budgets, audiences, and campaign objectives at the same time.

Required

  • Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms as needed.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple active brands, including search, shopping, Performance Max, prospecting, retargeting, branded search, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build campaign structures for new product launches, seasonal demand, evergreen sales, and special promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bidding, targeting, keywords, creatives, and audiences.
  • Analyze ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, attribution, and other key performance metrics.
  • Identify what is working, what is not working, and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams on ad creative, landing pages, product positioning, offers, and promotional messaging.
  • Set up and review conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting.
  • Prepare clear performance reports with results, insights, and next steps.
  • Stay current with platform updates, advertising best practices, and new growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Direct experience managing e-commerce or retail advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to launch campaigns from scratch and improve existing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Meta prospecting, and retargeting.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, brands, or product categories at once.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, ROAS goals, CPA targets, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear action.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain campaign performance to management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant direction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
  • Experience with Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience giving creative direction for ads, visuals, hooks, and promotional messaging.

Who This Role Is Best For

This role is best suited for someone who is performance-driven, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple e-commerce brands at once.

We are not looking for someone who only maintains campaigns. We need someone who can find opportunities, test new ideas, improve results, and help scale our businesses.

Application Requirements

Please apply with your resume and include non-confidential examples of paid advertising campaigns, industries, budgets, platforms, or results you have managed. Applicants with direct e-commerce advertising experience will be prioritized.
