About Us

We are a fast-growing ecommerce consulting and marketing company that helps Shopify brands scale through paid advertising, conversion rate optimization, email marketing, SMS marketing, creative strategy, and growth consulting.

We work with a portfolio of ecommerce brands across multiple industries and are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients achieve measurable business growth.

This is not a customer support role. This is a client-facing account management and consulting position focused on strategy, communication, retention, and results.

Position Overview

As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of up to 30 ecommerce brands and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.

You will be responsible for leading strategy discussions, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating execution with internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, accountable, and passionate about ecommerce and business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 ecommerce brands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client strategy calls and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure client accountability.
  • Handle client concerns and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and responsiveness.

Ecommerce Consulting

  • Analyze Shopify stores and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Review offers, pricing strategies, customer journeys, and conversion performance.
  • Provide recommendations to improve website performance and customer experience.
  • Review advertising performance and collaborate with internal teams on growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with onboarding, operations, creative, and technical teams.
  • Ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Ensure clients continue moving forward toward their goals.

Client Retention

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify retention risks and address them proactively.
  • Support client growth through strategic recommendations and execution.
  • Contribute to overall client retention and long-term success.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of ecommerce, account management, client success, consulting, or agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecommerce.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and ecommerce marketing fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment.

Familiarity With Ecommerce Metrics

Availability Requirements

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Attend all required client calls and internal meetings.

Maintain professional communication during working hours.

Expected response time during working hours is under 2 hours.

Ability to manage multiple client conversations and priorities throughout the day.

Compensation

Probationary Period (First 90 Days)

$3,000 CAD/month.

Full training and onboarding provided.

Following Successful Completion of Probation

Compensation reviewed based on performance and responsibilities.

Performance-based incentive opportunities available.
