We are a fast-growing sleep-focused company dedicated to improving lives through better rest. Our services are designed to help customers achieve optimal sleep health, combining innovation, science, and customer-centric solutions. As we continue to expand across Canada, we’re looking for a driven Community Engagement Manager to help grow our presence in the Greater Vancouver area and beyond.

The Community Engagement Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This role focuses on engaging physicians, nurse practitioners (NPs), registered nurses (RNs), respiratory therapists (RTs), medical office assistants (MOAs), and discharge planners to ensure patients receive timely access to sleep testing. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly motivated, relationship-driven, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofhe while being skilled in relationship-building, strategic outreach, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Referral Growth & Provider Engagement

  • Drive referrals from family physicians and related specialist offices for the diagnosis of sleep disorders.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, pharmacies, senior living communities, and home care agencies.
  • Develop, execute and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients. This can include:

o Family physicians & specialists (e.g., respirologists, cardiologists)

o Hospitals & discharge coordinators

  • Conduct regular in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and presentations to educate providers on the benefits of sleep medicine diagnostic services and how to refer patients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between referring providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless service and patient care.

Business Growth & Community Partnerships

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, pharmacies, senior living communities, and home care agencies.
  • Attend and represent the company at local healthcare networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts. This includes developing referral-focused materials, digital campaigns and community engagement initiatives tailored for the Greater Vancouver Area’s healthcare landscape.
  • Leverage data and feedback from healthcare providers to refine marketing strategies and improve referral processes.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor referral trends, provider engagement activity, and patient outcomes to optimize business development strategies.
  • Provide monthly reports on referral growth, outreach effectiveness, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years in sales, or provider relations within healthcare services.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident in conducting educational sessions and one-on-one provider meetings.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop targeted outreach plans and drive measurable referral growth.
