About the Role

The DevOps and Cloud Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, reliability, and day-to-day operation of the organization’s cloud and platform infrastructure, primarily on AWS. This role ensures systems are secure, highly available, cost-effective, and scalable, while enabling development teams to deliver software safely and efficiently.

In addition to owning cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms, the DevOps and Cloud Manager provide operational leadership for reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, and platform governance. The role acts as the primary authority on DevOps and cloud practices, translating technical risk and investment needs into clear business outcomes for leadership.

The position builds and leads the DevOps function, establishes operational standards and documentation, and reduces reliance on individual contributors through strong processes, automation, and knowledge sharing.
