Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for Child Mental Health and Developmental Services to oversee program operations, ensure quality service delivery, and lead a team of professionals. This leadership role requires a strong background in mental health services for children, along with excellent administrative and supervisory skills. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving outcomes for children and families through effective program management and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of child mental health and developmental services programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff members to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor program goals, objectives, and performance metrics to ensure effective service outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Coordinate with community partners, stakeholders, and families to facilitate comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, and ensure data collection aligns with organizational requirements.
- Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in child mental health and developmental services to continuously improve program offerings.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a mental health or social services setting working with children or adolescents.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field is preferred with five (5) years of experience in a mental health or developmental services setting. Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
- Strong administrative experience including program management, budgeting, and staff supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in service delivery is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in child mental health services is highly desirable.

Pay: Up to $117,483.00 per year
