Because of the increase in demand for our services, we are looking to grow our Print division with the addition of a full time technician in production printers for our print shop customers.

• Our IDS print division offers a full range of Hardware and Software solutions. We currently carry the Konica Minolta, Canon and Epson full lines of Business office equipment including software.

• IDS also offers Managed IT Services/MSP, Mobile Solutions/IOT, Phone Systems, Remote Digital Signage, and Security.

You will:

• Work closely with seasoned technicians.
• Participate in Online, Virtual, and In-Person training from Epson, Canon and Konica Minolta.
• Set up and install new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
• Trouble-shoot customer reported problems.
• Provide demonstrations and customer training.
• Manage inventory of parts, and materials in your stock.
• Provide excellent customer support and service.
• Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customers are contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines

Requirements:

• Have certification on Konica Minolta Production machines, ex. C3080, C12000, C6100, C4080, c7090.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Applicant must possess some knowledge of computers and electronics, computer/digital technology or related fields.
• A+ and/or Network+ Certification an asset.
• The ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and/or different shifts as needed.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
