Full job description

Lauder Media builds online software used by thousands of small businesses and contractors.

We're hiring a junior marketing generalist for a primary, full-time role. This is day-to-day marketing for live and future products: content, SEO, social, pages, and campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Create, edit, and publish content
  • Build and update pages in Webflow
  • Research new content and outreach opportunities
  • Run social posting and simple short-form video (features, how-tos)
  • Help with light campaign work (ads, directories, partnerships) as needed
  • Use AI tools to move faster

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in digital marketing or content (agency, in-house, or startup)
  • You've shipped marketing for someone else's product or brand, not only your own projects
  • Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals
  • Comfortable with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) as part of the workflow
  • Experience with a CMS (Webflow a plus)
  • Based in Victoria

Nice to have

  • Video editing
  • Willingness to learn simple tools and workflows we use internally
  • An eye for design
