Laebon Homes requires a full-time Senior Architectural Draftsperson to join our team as a Design Manager.

As a Residential Designer, you will be creating 3D drawings of single-family residential homes, from conceptual design to complete construction drawings in Revit. Working alongside our experienced sales and construction teams, you will be required to complete high quality, detailed drawings in accordance with company standards, building codes and municipal bylaws. Completion of drawing packages also includes site plans, grading and permit applications. New model design, as well as standard model maintenance will also be required from the successful application.

Qualifications include:

· Completion of a College or University program in Architectural Technologies or equivalent

· Highly skilled in Revit and AutoCAD

· Demonstrate an understanding of the Alberta Building Code and Municipal Bylaws

· Ability to interact with other industry professionals and authorities

· Well organized and detail oriented

· Basic knowledge of structural, electrical and HVAC systems
