Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team for the summer and fall season!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retail Supervisor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Knowledge and passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a busy environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • 7Shifts Scheduling App, Revel POS experience is an asset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays/event days when necessary
  • Smart Serve Certification is a mandatory

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order inventory as needed
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for the retail/pantry department
  • Leading and supporting the training of all new retail/pantry employees
  • Prioritizes customer service above all else to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction and positive reviews
  • Visual merchandising of products
  • Weekly cycle inventory counts, reconciles entries with inventory on hand, controls and records any waste
  • Schedule team department breaks
  • Other duties as assigned
