Duties and Responsibilities:
- Live, work and positively contribute to your northern community in Canada
- Meet execution of in-store selling activities and marketing programs
- Develop a weekly schedule to meet the needs of the business, with flexibility to respond to the unique challenges of a remote and isolated location
- Responsible for ordering products and managing inventory levels to ensure stock is adequately maintained and available for customers.
- Motivate and provide staff training and tools to provide exceptional customer service
- Actively participate in helping to support career progression for your team members
- Problem-solve unique issues with the resources at hand and the best advice from fellow team members
