Full job description

Build Your Clinical Future in a Modern, Established Denture Practice

THE COMPANY

Our client is an established Saskatchewan denture and implant restorative practice with more than three decades of experience serving its community. Known for personalized patient care and a strong restorative offering, the clinic combines an existing patient base with an experienced team and a modern approach to denturism.

The practice has invested in advanced digital technology — from intraoral scanning and design through milling and 3D printing — along with dedicated laboratory support that lets its Denturists concentrate on patient care.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a role for a Denturist who wants more clinical focus, meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to build something long term.

You will join a mature practice and gradually take on a larger share of its clinical patient workload. The position encompasses consultations, treatment planning, conventional denture treatment and implant restorative work, supported by an experienced team and mentorship in advanced techniques.

This is not a traditional lab-heavy role. You will spend the majority of your time working with patients, using a well-developed clinical and digital workflow. As you settle in, your responsibility and individual production can grow in step with your experience, confidence and patient demand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Deliver attentive, high-quality consultations and personalized treatment planning.
  • Provide complete, partial and immediate denture treatment, from clinical impressions or digital scanning through insertion and follow-up.
  • Support implant-restorative cases within your competency, with mentorship available for advanced/full-arch work.
  • Build strong patient relationships through clear communication, sound judgment and thoughtful aftercare.
  • Work closely with laboratory and administrative colleagues to coordinate cases and maintain clinical quality.
  • Learn and use digital scanning, design and restorative workflows, continually refining your own practice.
  • Assume increasing clinical caseload and responsibility as you become established within the team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Current Saskatchewan Denturist registration or a credible pathway to obtain it before practising.
  • Strong foundational clinical capability in conventional complete and partial dentures, with independent treatment-planning and patient-care skills.
  • A patient-first approach with strong communication and professional judgment.
  • Interest in digital denturism and modern implant restorative workflows; advanced implant experience is an asset, not a strict requirement.
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working with a dedicated laboratory team.
  • Genuine interest in relocating and building a long-term clinical career.

WHY THIS ROLE

Join an established patient community without the pressure of creating a practice from scratch. Focus on treating patients with dedicated technical support behind you. Develop your capabilities with digital restorative technology and access to mentorship. Build increasing autonomy and clinical production as you become part of the team.

For the right individual, there may also be an opportunity to explore greater responsibility and a possible future equity conversation. Ownership is not required and is not guaranteed. A fulfilling, long-term employed clinical career is equally valued.

COMPENSATION

  • Target base salary: $100,000 annually.
  • Performance bonus
  • Benefits
  • Relocation support
  • Professional development & Exposure to advanced digital workflows and mentorship in implant restorative care.

Compensation note: The target base reflects the current proposed framework. Final compensation and employment terms will be determined by the employer based on candidate qualifications and the agreed role requirements.

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental care
  • Extended health care

Work Location: In person
