Full job description

Position: Dental Administrator

We are looking to add a full time dental administrator to our rapidly growing SE office.

Candidates must have:

1. minimum 2 consecutive years of experience in a dental office administrator role

Requirements:

  • full time
  • availability for evenings and weekends (Saturdays only, Not every Saturday)
  • experience with Dentrix and Max Assist is a must
  • excellent communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • flexibility
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • adaptability
  • able to work well in a digital setting
  • strong time management and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • communicating costs, including insurance coverage details, to patients thoroughly and clearly
  • collecting and documenting payments
  • insurance pre-determinations
  • booking appointments and filling the schedule
  • maintaining detailed, thorough patient records
  • following office procedures and protocols
