Full job description

Overview

A busy dental clinic in downtown Toronto seeks experienced dentists to fill part-time and full-time positions. The associates will receive 50% of the collections. Interested candidates are encouraged to text 416-786-7506.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Provide a range of dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures in compliance with industry standards.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Familiarity with working in a dental office environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of software systems such as Abel Dent is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation and patient care.
