· 40% of collections as base compensation

· Increased compensation percentage based on years of associateship

· Minimum annual salary guarantee based on experience

We are seeking General Practice Dentists licensed in Ontario who:

· Demonstrate strong treatment planning and patient management skills

· Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care
