Compensation & Incentives

We offer a competitive, tiered compensation structure designed to reward both experience and performance:

· 40% of collections as base compensation

· Increased compensation percentage based on years of associateship

· Minimum annual salary guarantee based on experience

· Additional performance-based bonus opportunities available and discussed during the interview process

We are seeking General Practice Dentists licensed in Ontario who:

· Demonstrate strong treatment planning and patient management skills

· Communicate confidently and build trust with patients

· Are comfortable practicing independently

· Work collaboratively with hygiene and clinical teams

· Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care
