Full job description

Southwest Smiles Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced, motivated, patient focused Administrator/RDA to join our growing team full time.

The successful candidate will be driven, proactive and passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping to maintain a productive schedule. This role combines clinical assisting duties and administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize the hygiene schedule.
  • Process insurance claims and predeterminations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment and scheduling.
  • Provide chairside dental assisting support as required.
  • Help maintain a positive patient experience from start to finish.
