Monarch Dentistry is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations
  • Hire, train, and support team members aligned with our vision and standards
  • Lead team meetings and daily morning huddles
  • Conduct and ensure completion of annual performance reviews
  • Create and manage team schedules to optimize productivity and patient flow
  • Achieve production targets aligned with monthly and annual budgets
  • Monitor staff attendance, vacation scheduling, and daily operations
  • Oversee patient scheduling and minimize gaps in appointments
  • Manage accounts receivable, patient payment plans, and collections
  • Process insurance claims and predeterminations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systems
  • Address concerns promptly with balanced, solution-oriented approaches
  • Improve clinic profitability through efficient scheduling and cost management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of dental office management experience (required)
