Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations within our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of dental and medical office procedures, and the ability to manage staff effectively. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.

Duties

  • Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations
  • Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial management using systems like curve and electronic medical records
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
  • Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, training, and staff development
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation utilizing electronic medical records systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care processes
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external partners
  • Patient booking and treatment coordination

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dental office management; supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency with curve, electronic medical records, and familiarity with dental and insurance terminology
  • Strong background in human resources management within dental
  • Knowledge of budgeting, billing procedures, and financial oversight in a dental environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience supervising dental clinic teams and managing administrative functions
