Full job description

Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant Level II Maternity Leave Replacement

Monday-Thursday 8:15am-4:15pm

No evenings, no weekends, free parking, uniform allowance.

Overview:
This position is a Maternity Leave replacement. It is an excellent opportunity to work with Dr. French, an established Calgary Periodontist and learn about dental implants and periodontal surgery in a modern specialty practice.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Dr. French during procedures and examinations
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments
- Take dental X-rays
- Sterilize instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records
_Chart and write surgical exam correspondence

Requirements:
- Certification: Registered Dental Assistant Level II
- Proficiency in Letter writing and dental terminology
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in dental assisting
- Proficiency in taking X-rays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
