Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Crowfoot Dental Studio | NW Calgary

Crowfoot Dental Studio is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, family-owned practice in NW Calgary.

We are seeking a hygienist who is excited to help build a strong hygiene department, contribute to a positive team culture, and grow with the clinic long term. This role is intended for someone who enjoys patient care, values teamwork, and wants to have a meaningful role in shaping systems, workflows, and the future of the hygiene program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality hygiene care while helping strengthen the clinical team and patient experience at Crowfoot Dental Studio. This position is intended to grow into a lead hygienist role as the practice continues to expand.

We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, positive energy, and a collaborative mindset to the team.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Alberta with the CRDHA
  • Must have loupes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable contributing to a growing practice
  • Willing to help build hygiene systems, clinical workflows, and team culture
  • Flexible availability within clinic operating hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends based on patient scheduling needs

Typical Schedule

  • Monday: 11:00am–7:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00am–3:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am–3:00pm
  • Two Saturdays per month: 9:00am–3:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed
  • Starting at $60-70/hour, with compensation based on experience
  • 4% vacation pay
  • $2,000 annual household dental benefit
  • $750 annual Health Spending Account
  • Opportunity to grow into a lead hygienist role

Ideal Candidate

This position is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, working closely with a team, and contributing to the growth of a modern dental practice.
