Barrhaven Dental Studio is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our team! We provide compassionate, comprehensive general dental care in Barrhaven, Ontario, and we're proud of our respectful, collaborative culture where every team member's contribution is valued. Our focus is always on creating an exemplary, comfortable patient experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a Canadian dental clinic
  • Strong knowledge of private insurance coverage and assignment of benefits
  • Experience submitting insurance claims, collecting patient payments, and managing accounts receivable
  • Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service
  • Highly organized, reliable, and a proactive team player
  • Excellent communicator with staff and patients
  • Comfortable with technology and a fast learner
  • Dental assisting experience an asset
