Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre-Happy Valley Location, located in the Westshore, is seeking a friendly, empathetic, and reliable person to join our front desk team. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool!

At this point in time, we are looking to fill one part-time/on call position with the following shift:

Monday 3:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

**This position will also offer more hours for vacation/sick coverage. The above schedule may change, but would be between Monday - Friday 6:00am-8:00pm, so flexibility is required in this area.

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.

- Answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.

- General clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

Candidates must be quick learners, and have superstar customer service skills. Please note, our clinic is multilevel with no elevator, so the ability to climb stairs is needed.

Preferred applicant will have:

Medical office experience, including front desk responsibilities, proficiency with JANE app, use of multi-line phone systems and strong customer service skills with a focus on patient interactions!

Salary: $19.40/hour to start, review at 6 months and annual review thereafter.
