Full job description

Toothlife Studio is a small but busy practice located at the corner of Woodbine and Gerrard. Easily accessible by public transit and conveniently has free street parking.

Open since July 2020, Toothlife Studio has been experiencing consistent positive growth and requires an operations and office manager with experience coordinating and presenting treatment. Our practice offers a variety of treatments, including Orthodontics and some specialty procedures. In addition, this candidate should be familiar with procedures like Invisalign, Implant placement, Denture cases and cosmetic restorations aside from general, restorative work.

We offer a 5-star experience with exceptional patient care and thoughtful procedures to ensure we meet only the highest standards for our community.

A manager plays a critical role within the practice, accountable for driving practice performance and leading people to be their best version.

This candidate should demonstrate:

  • Ability to create and manage monthly budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Immaculate attention to detail.
  • Ensure proper training for all team members.
  • Treatment coordinating skills.
  • Remarkable team management strategies.
  • Plan and execute team huddles and meetings.
  • Review treatment plans and financials with patients.
  • Follow up with patient treatment plans and insurance estimates.
  • Interview and hire new team members.
  • Initiate events within the practice to keep up with office morale.
