Annual base of $25 CAD per hour, plus a performance-based bonus of 5-30% with the potential for additional earnings.

About the job

In this role, you will sell oral care products to U.S dental professionals (DPs):

  • Deliver sales growth of manual toothbrush and electric rechargeable brush bundles with assigned dental professional offices.

  • Cover open territories in the U.S.; handle inbound calls from DPs in those territories during the vacancy to maintain sales. Generate quality teach and learn leads.

  • Deliver sales growth or commitment to recommend COB products on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to assigned customers; Pitch and influence assigned DPs in accordance with training provided, standards and policies with a focus on clinical data, customer value, upsell strategy, and strong relationship management.

  • Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.

  • Manage daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, College degree or equivalent Degree preferred

  • 1-year minimum experience in consultative Selling: managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customers/partner's needs, focusinging on customer goals, results and client's satisfaction. Dental/healthcare experience preferred.

  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to gain access to decision makers, pitch on the phone, and compose compelling proposals.

  • Proven track record of target over achievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.

Skills

  • Understanding of sales cycles including prospecting, communicating, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value, not price

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency)

  • Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic

  • Analytical and creative mindset, ability to solve problems

  • Proactive, organized, responsible, proven ability to work well with a team

Schedule

  • Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Location

  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary locations: Yonge- Eglinton & The Well, Downtown Toronto

  • Hybrid setup, the first 90 days will be on-site.
