Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for food preparation will ensure a memorable dining experience every morning. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair
  • Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every plate served
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast offerings and seasonal specials
  • Handle food ingredients properly, ensuring proper storage and rotation to minimize waste
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver timely service during busy morning hours
  • Ensure all food handling procedures meet health regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
  • Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Experience with fine dining or catering environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
