Rug Doctor

A perfect job at $85.00 per service stop for a stay-at-home parent, entrepreneur, or retiree that would like to add income to existing business, work independently, and make their own schedule! Easy Way (Rug Doctor), North America's leader in Do-It-Yourself carpet care, is looking for Independent Contractors (“ICs”) who are responsible and self-starters to deliver our products and provide service to existing accounts in Swift Current, SK and surrounding area. Route does require a storage area, for a minimum of 3 pallets and must be heated.

Independent Contractor Job Snapshot

Annual store service frequency may be assigned by Rug Doctor or may need to meet store requests for specific service dates and times, however stores can be serviced based on his/her schedule while remaining within provided service windows. Service frequency may be subject to change based on business needs, including any reasonable service calls.

  • Requires approximately 120 service visits per year
  • Paid monthly for service visits
  • Service call includes restocking products, pricing, facing, rotating, maintains rental machines, inspects rental displays, maintains floor space under and around rack, other duties as requested, and invoicing products during each service call

Requirements

  • Requires reliable vehicle to transport products and machines to service stores (minivan, truck with cover, large SUV)
  • Responsible for fuel and maintenance cost on your vehicle
  • Maintain a secure location to take delivery and stock a minimal supply of products and machines
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Maintain full coverage vehicle insurance
  • Provide W8 for payment purposes
