WE'RE HIRING - Parts Clerk-Customer services

We're not just looking for someone to sell parts. We're looking for THE person who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships and helping our business grow.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Answer customer phone calls.
  • Reach out to prospective customers to promote and sell our products
  • Welcome customers and help them find exactly what they need.
  • Research, identify, and order the right parts.
  • Follow up on customer requests and orders.
  • Prepare parts for delivery.
  • Keep the parts department clean and organized (because a lost part means another mission!).
  • Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Build strong customer relationships alongside our sales team.
  • And of course... tackle a variety of other related tasks. (Let's be honest, the best days are the ones that keep you busy!)

  • Are passionate about customer service.
  • Have experience in parts sales or an equivalent qualification.
  • You're self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Are bilingual (French and English).
