Job Overview:

As an Automotive Detailer with Definitive, you will support day-to-day operational needs, help deliver consistent, Definitive! results, & uphold the Definitive! Standard across all services we offer our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential. Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn.

We operate from 8AM–10PM, seven days a week. Scheduling is driven by client bookings & dealership vehicles arriving daily. We do our best to stack appointments to create longer, more productive workdays — but flexibility & commitment to the workflow, regardless of volume, is essential.

Duties

• Providing our Definitive! Difference to vehicles detailed - both interior & exterior. Including but not limited to: steaming, extracting, drill brushing, hand washing, waxing, vacuuming, buffing, scratch removal, iron decontamination, claybar treatment, inner wheel-wells, rims, tires, & polishing paint surfaces
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections before, during, & after a detailing session - & report findings accordingly to management
• Apply all cleaning products, processes, & techniques to ensure a high-quality Definitive! Difference.
• Maintain the cleanliness of our Automotive Shop - This includes our work area, bathrooms, client waiting area, all tools, products, equipment, resources, garbages, & floors.
• Go above & beyond for our valued clients with each & every single interaction made, from initial booking to final delivery - Redefining the standard of satisfaction for our valued clients is a cornerstone pillar we take pride in.
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail & a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming, friendly, professional demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently both independently & as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, & lift up to 10 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license are strongly preferred

License Requirement:

Applicants must hold a valid G2 or G license to be considered seriously.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
