Route Sales Representative (Delivery Driver) – Build Relationships, Drive Success!

Do you thrive on the open road, love connecting with people, and have a knack for building relationships? Join our team as a Route Sales Representative and be the face of our company, delivering top‑notch service while growing customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Upsell, cross‑sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value
  • Build strong relationships, resolve concerns, and keep customers coming back
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally
  • Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized
  • Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • At least 1 year of safe driving experience
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals
  • Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately
  • Safety-sensitive role; drug and alcohol testing is required

Physical Demands

  • Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods
  • Stooping and climbing stairs
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly

Schedule

  • 4 days per week
  • 10 hours each scheduled day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $24.00 per hour to start + commission based on route revenue
  • Benefits: Pension plan, Health & Dental Benefits
