Job Summary

The Driver is responsible to pick-up vehicles at TGT, Lexus, and Kanata. The Prep Shop Driver will be inspecting vehicles for any damages or missing parts from the factory.

What you offer

Some of the tasks of this position include:

Job Duties –

Driving

• Pick up vehicles at TGT, Lexus, and Kanata
• Drive vehicles needing gas to the gas station, following company Standard Operating Procedure for this task
• Pick up parts at TGT Parts Dept
• Park vehicles neatly and with care in delivery area
• General Housekeeping

Other Activities

Report to Control Tower for work order assignments

• Lock all vehicles at end of shift or at time of parking
• Report any fading and paint imperfections to Manager
• Report to management any circumstance or condition that compromises the integrity or safety of the dealership, personnel, or customers
• Assist management with functions deemed necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, or Tony Graham Automotive Group Department goals
• Achieve the objectives set by management
• Maintaining the workspace assigned in an organized, clean and safe manner
• Assist in the day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the company and any applicable legislation
• Any other duties, as assigned

The successful candidate will have the following:

Education and Qualification

• Completion of Secondary education
• Valid Drivers' Licence and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
• Ability to drive both manual & automatic transmissions

Language

• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Bilingualism, an asset

• Mature personality and sound judgement skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, pride of workmanship
• Good Initiative, Strong Team Player, Flexible and Reliable

Abilities

• Ability to drive both manual & automatic transmissions
• Able to complete the physical demands of the position

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm

Pay Structure:

(Estimated Annual Income - $38,000 - $43,000)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
