Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Driver & Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position involves providing safe and efficient transportation services while managing administrative tasks within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the physical capacity for heavy lifting. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's operations through both driving and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily functions and exceptional client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service during pickups, deliveries, and client interactions
  • Assist with heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or packages as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely operations
  • Keep the vehicle clean and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality
  • Support administrative duties such as inventory management and document preparation

Qualifications

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred or equivalent driving certification
  • Proven experience in commercial driving or transportation roles
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
