Job Description:

Delivery Driver, 3-5 ton cube trucks

EVL Nursery is a wholesale grower, producing and selling rows of perennials, shrubs, annuals, veggies and much more! We are looking for Top Quality Staff to join our team who obtain a great work ethic and positive attitude; to help us deliver our products all over the lower mainland, the island and to the USA.

Duties/ Qualifications required:

  • Must be able to speak, read and write Fluent English
  • MUST RESIDE IN THE LOWER MAINLAND - Living in Langley, close to the nursery ( near Langley Hospital is an asset )
  • MUST have experience, driving a 5 ton truck (no air brakes or standard transmission experience required but an asset)
  • MUST valid drivers license with drivers' abstract available to produce on request
  • MUST have a valid passport, must be able to cross the boarder.
  • Moving plants from one location to another
  • Various duties required in a farm/greenhouse setting
  • Attention to detail is important to ensure that the quality of life of the plants are maintained
  • Desire to work
  • Proven history of working safely and following safety policies
  • Transportation to get to work
  • Includes early mornings
  • No criminal record
  • Able to work late or start early, if needed
  • Must be physically fit
  • There is always room for advancement over time
  • Delivering plants to customers on the Island, Lower mainland and the U.S. will be your main work.

Starting wage is dependent on experience, we also offer incentives and bonuses
