Who you are:

Our ideal team member is self motivated, takes pride in their work and has a true appreciation for the finished product. You work well both independently and collaboratively as a team player and communicate clearly with Site Supervisors and other Trades.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operate a F550 flat deck truck for material and tool transport
  • Deliver materials and tools to various job sites in a timely and safe manner
  • Coordinate, pick up, and unload deliveries as required
  • Complete Driver's Vehicle Inspection Pre Trip Reports
  • Maintain cleanliness of the truck
  • General clean up of projects
  • Assisting our carpentry staff on site with all duties
  • Work directly with the Superintendent, Carpenters and on-site staff

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have a Valid BC Drivers License and clean driving abstract
  • Experience safely driving a flat deck truck
  • Experience on a construction site
  • Strong communication skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills

Compensation (hourly): $22.00 to $25.00
