As we head into our busiest season, we’re looking for a Seasonal Swamper / Relief Driver to join our Shipping Department and help keep deliveries and operations running safely and efficiently.

About the Position:

  • Seasonal role (anticipated for up to 6 months)
  • Flexible schedule ranging from 3–5 days per week
  • Fast-paced, physically active role supporting peak seasonal volume
  • Combination of swamping, loading/unloading, and relief driving responsibilities
  • Strong team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and customer service

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering building materials and customer orders
  • Provide relief delivery driving coverage as operationally required
  • Safely transport products to customers and job sites
  • Support shipping and yard operations with staging, organizing, and moving materials
  • Ensure deliveries are accurate, secure, and completed professionally
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work closely with the yard and shipping teams to keep product flowing efficiently

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting and movement (50+ lbs)
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to jump in where needed
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment
  • Experience in building materials, shipping, or delivery operations is an asset, but not required
